Koa Sports is the leader in instructional baseball programs for kids and young adults in the Washington Metropolitan Area. We have skills and drills clinic opportunities for all ages and abilities. Did you know that many of our instructors have played at the collegiate and professional levels, and our Advisory Board even has a former World Series player? Check out our staff. WINTER 2012 BASEBALL PROGRAMS

**FREE K-5th GRADE BASEBALL PROMO DAY SUNDAY, JANUARY 29**

Program:  Use the off-season to focus on your hitting in our 12 and Under Hitting Class.  Our professional baseball coaches will work with players on balance and athleticism to increase bat speed.  (Check out our staff!)  We’ll incorporate front toss and live bullpen in the sessions to work on your hitting mechanics.  Space is limited to keep classes small for individualized attention. Ages 8-10 and 11-12.

Pitching Basics (Grades 2nd-4th)
Ages:  2nd to 4th Graders
Days:  Thursdays (Starts 1/26)

Program:  Whether you are just starting out or have a season under your belt, our 6 Week Pitching Basics clinic is the perfect way to develop your skills during the off-season.  Our professional coaches (check out our staff!) will cover pitching fundamentals including balance and extension to work on increasing pitching velocity.  Our program is specifically designed for the youngest pitchers to safely learn to throw.  Class size is limited so REGISTER HERE NOW!!

Program:  This class is designed for pitchers looking to improve their skills and the best time to focus is in the off season! We'll cover strike throwing, movement, and incorporate how to throw a 2 seam fastball and a change up!  Work on your balance, extension, increasing velocity and arm strength in bullpen sessions.  We’ll include how to safely throw a breaking ball.  Our player to coach ratio is 4 to 1 – so there’ll be plenty of individual attention from our professional coaches (check out our staff)!!  REGISTER HERE NOW!!

High School Winter Workouts (Grades 9-12)

Program:  High school ball players – winter workouts are a must!!  Make the most of your off-season working with Koa’s professional and collegiate baseball coaches all at Prospects Sports Training Complex -- a great facility. Our program incorporates plyometics for increased speed and agility work.  There will also be plenty hitting focus and we’ll be using the bullpens.  Our limited class size maximizes individual attention.
