Koa Recreational Field Hockey — Maryland and Washington DC

For 7 weeks, our recreational field hockey league will meet for a dynamic warm-up and a 45 minute practice before their games. The games provide a fun, competitive atmosphere for 2nd-8th graders, while our experienced Koa coaches discuss field hockey tactics AND, it means only a single-day of sports commitments for the season.

Athletes of all experience levels are welcome! Whether you are a returning player or a new-kid-on-the-FH-block, our recreational field hockey league staff is ready to coach to your exact skill level. This is the perfect environment for athletes looking to try-out a new sport — or an athlete who simply wants to stay active through the winter. Check out the FAQs for more info!
