Ready to take your field hockey skills to the next level? Whether you're a beginner learning the basics or a young athlete sharpening your game, our Koa Sports’ Field Hockey Clinics deliver top-tier coaching in a high-energy setting.

Each session focuses on fundamental skills, advanced techniques, and in-game strategies. Players will practice dribbling, passing, shooting, defensive tactics, and gameplay scenarios—all designed to build confidence and improve performance.

Ready to level up your game? Whether you're new to the sport or have experience on the field, our Field Hockey Rec League is built for players who want to sharpen their skills while competing in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Each session combines focused training with competitive games. Players will spend 45 minutes refining stick skills, offensive and defensive tactics, and game awareness. Then, it's time to hit the field for 45 minutes of live-action play.
