Fall Mudcat League (Free) Optional Team Practice Clinics (Grades 2-8)
Days: Tuesdays, Thursday, or Saturdays
**Clinic Times Adjusted to Accomodate Daylight Availability Starting 10/4**
Tuesdays: 5:30-6:45pm at Walt Whitman HS
Thursdays: 5:30-6:45pm at BCC HS (9/29 off)
Saturdays: Noon-1:30pm at Avenel LP (10/8 off)

Clinic Practice Plans
Dates: Starts week of 9/6 through the season with the last clinic on 10/22 (no clinic 9/29, 10/8)
Please wear Koa jersey to all practice clinics
**Times may be adjusted as daylight savings time ends**
Players need to bring their gloves, wear Koa jersey, sneakers or cleats (no metal spikes), and bring plenty of water. If a player chooses she may bring her bat, and a helmet (or baseball cap to wear under a Koa helmet) if she is concerned about lice.
Fall Practice Clinic Addresses
Walt Whitman HS: (7100 Whittier Blvd. Bethesda MD 20817)Take Beltway to River Rd. exit toward Washington, D.C. Take River Road to Whittier Blvd. Turn left onto Whittier Blvd. School is about one half mile on the left
Bethesda-Chevy Chase (B-CC) HS: (4301 East West Hwy. Bethesda MD 20814) Drive East on East-West Hwy- Turn left onto Pearl Street (at McDonalds). Cross East-West Hwy West. Turn right onto Sleaford to reach back of field.
Avenel Local Park: (10051 Oaklyn Dr. Potomac MD 20854): Beltway to River Road West to Potomac exit. Follow River Road to left on Bradley Blvd. At the Persimmon Tree stop sign, Bradley Blvd. name changes to Oaklyn Drive. Go across Avenel development. Stay on Oaklyn Drive approximately 1 mile to field on right.

Program: Included in the price of your Mudcat League fees, this optional clinic will focus on different fundamentals each week. Teams are encouraged to attend on the same day whenever possible, but of course players may come when it best suits their schedules! Our professional instructors have come up with proven drills to make the game fun, and improve skills for the League games. Parents are welcome to stay during the program, but are not required!
