Choose From: walk the pitch, everyone hustle to their position, back up defenders, cross over step, drop step |

Choose From: 4 seam grip, balance point, Cobra 3 man, catcher stance, catchers blocking, catcher 3 ball drill |
| Week 3 -- Defense: Lead Runner, Double Plays, Bunt Coverages, & Cuts |
Choose From: relays, DP flips, proper way to tag, hands going forward drill |
