Speed and Agility Classes (Grade 5-8)
Age: 5th-8th Graders
Days: Saturdays 1/29, 2/5, 2/12, 2/19, 2/26, 3/5 - makeup 3/12
Times: 1:00-2:00pm OR 2:00-3:00pm

Cost: $155 plus a t-shirt
Program: Use the off-season to get in great shape!! Our 6 week class will be a multisport speed, conditioning, and agility program that will prepare athletes for their respective sport. The program would be an hour with a general warm-up, dynamic flexibility, speed mechanics, plyometrics, agility training, and cool down stretching techniques. We will have limited classes so REGISTER HERE NOW to save your spot!!
