When: You choose the date and time! Each pod is customizable

Baseball Indoor Training Pods

Create your own indoor training pod at Koa HQ! Pre-form groups of 3 to 6 athletes and let the training begin!

What: Winter Development Training - Pod edition!
When: We will work with you to figure out the best date/time for your pod!
Cost: $399/athlete for 8 weeks

Field Hockey Training Pods: 

Create your own field hockey pod! Come to us at Churchill HS on their beautiful bermudagrass fields or we'll come to your neighborhood! Pre-form groups of 3-8 athletes required and let the training begin.


What:
Outside Winter Field Hockey Training - Pod Edition
When: FLEXIBLE- you tell us the best day of the week and time for your pod
Training Pod Duration: 75 minutes
Cost: $265 per athlete for 4 weeks

Summer 2021 Host Pods

 

Host Pod Registration is now open as well! Koa will be offering 12 weeks of host pods! Pre-form a group of 6-8 friends/peers and Koa will send 2 coaches with all equipment needed to run our Multisport Summer Camp from your back yard or local park.


What:
Multisport Summer Host Pods
When: Half-Day 9am to 12pm OR 1pm - 4pm; Full-Day 9am to 3pm
Cost: Half-day- $249 p/camper;  Full-day- $399 p/camper

Pre-form a group of your friends/peers and Koa does all the rest! Whether PE, Baseball Training, or Summer Camp Koa pods offer a way to stay active in a small group training setting!
