Fall 2020 In-Person PE Program (K-5th Grade)
NEW: In-Person PE Program! Presenting fall (in person) programming to supplement MCPS’s virtual learning platform. Our in person PE & Fitness classes will keep your children active and engaged in a fun, socially distant environment. In a summer full of twists and turns with daily routines upended we reinvented the summer camp model and now have the crucial experience to run safe and fun socially distant fall programs.

What: Multi-Activity Social Distance Sport & Fitness Program (In-Person)
Who: K – 5th Grade | Boys & Girls
When: 6 Week Commitment (October 5, 2020 – November 13, 2020)
- Mondays and Fridays- 4 pm – 5:30 pm
- Wednesdays- 1 pm – 4pm

This program WILL sell out! As with our summer programs, we will continue to adhere strictly to CDC guidelines outlining masks and sanitation efforts.
This camp is a 6 week commitment. Koa reserves the right to cancel programs due to inclement weather or any other reason. Cancelled programs will be rescheduled or refunds will be distributed.
*Customized groups or Host Pods available: minimum 4 children, full 6 week commitment, and minimum 4 hours per week*
There are two locations for our PE Program. Seven Locks Local Park and Randolph Hills Local Park are available for the Monday & Friday option, as well as the Wednesday option.
The program runs from 4:00pm -5:30 pm Mondays and Fridays AND/OR Wednesdays from 1 pm – 4 pm.
Each participant must bring
- a snack
- refillable water bottle (with full name)
- athletic shoes (no open-toed shoes allowed!)
- bug spray or repellent (optional but recommended)
Once you register and pay for your program, you will receive a confirmation email from SI Play for your own records. You will also receive a pre-program email the week before the program begins. This email will provide you with all necessary information including: what to bring, directions, and more.
Yes. Just like our staff, your child will need to be temperature screened and fill out a 5 question Google Form.

Koa Sports is following all CDC regulations. We are tracking and implementing all CDC, Maryland, and Montgomery County updates. The safety and well-being of the community are of the utmost importance to us.

Pictured above is a group from one of our recent camps. You’ll notice the participants are a safe distance apart and some are even wearing masks! Koa has followed CDC as well as local and state guidelines as they relate to COVID-19 since June, 2020. We will continue to provide safe, quality programming through the Fall of 2020. Our equipment is sanitized after each group, hand sanitizer is provided to ensure the safety of our campers and coaches, and masks are worn at all times by coaching staff.
