Koa Sports is a 501(c)(3) and was founded by Tony Korson with the goal of shaping kids’ lives through sports including baseball, field hockey, basketball, flag football, tennis, summer camps, and other skills and endurance based training.

Hydrate - Not only is hydration key for staying safe, it will help you avoid cramping up during the game. Drinking water before, during, and after will keep you healthy and performing well.
