Nothing excites us like a dedicate athlete receiving top-notch instruction. There’s no better recipe for success and no better example of that than our baseball-specific speed and agility classes. Held at our Koa headquarters here in Kensington, there just isn’t a more well-rounded (and accessible) training option for players 8-18.

Halfway into our winter training classes, we’re offering a pro-rated package for those who’d like to try-out our programming. Register today and receive 3 weeks of training for $99.

*Players must wear sneakers for all indoor workouts. No Cleats!
